Dubai Customs:

• Customs clearance of all types of documents, including import/export, internal transfer within Jebel Ali, transfer between free zones, standing guarantee, local to Jebel Ali FZE and DAFZA documentation
• Issuing local gate passes on behalf of the Jebel Ali FZE customer
• Assisting customers in obtaining declaration statements from Dubai Customs
• Creation and renewal of customs codes

Dubai Chamber:

• Applying for certificates of origin on behalf of customers
• Collection and delivery of the certificate of origin

Dubai Municipality:

• Import clearance for Montaji approval (from Dubai Municipality for chemical, food, medicine, etc.)

Foreign Consulates / Embassies / Ministry:

• Collection, attestation, and legalization of documents, and delivering documents to customers

Federal Tax Authority:

• Assisting customers in obtaining VAT approval for customs clearance

SIRA (Division of Dubai Police):

• Import/export approval & GPS installation on chemical vehicles

ESMA:

• Import approval – Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology – Assisting customers in obtaining approval for chemicals, tyres, etc. (depending on the HS code)

Ministry of Economy:

• Industrial COO for obtaining duty exemption in free trade agreement countries

Supervision:

• Loading/offloading in Jebel Ali port for breakbulk, RORO, and project cargo

Warehouse Services:

• Packing, re-packing, strapping, shrink-wrapping, bubble-wrapping, stuffing, de-stuffing, lashing for project cargo, cars, and in containers
